A Note From the CEO

As the CEO of this firm it is my responsibility to build and maintain a culture which supports our associates in their quest to provide quality financial advice to their clients. This is particularly important during turbulent times like we are now in. We know our associates make a positive difference in the lives of their clients because they are well trained, have strong values, and work in a firm which believes that “there is no right way to do a wrong thing”.

In all my years in the financial services business, I have seen behavior from others which would not be acceptable in our firm. I believe our relationship with our clients is a sacred trust that must be honored. All of our associates are expected to live by the following pledge:

“I shall in the light of all the circumstances surrounding my client, which I shall make every conscientious effort to ascertain and to understand, give him that service which, had I been in the same circumstances, I would have applied to myself.”

Our associates go through months of extensive training and are mentored by experienced associates because we understand they are the vital link between our firm and their clients. We know happy, well trained associates provide a tremendous benefit to their clients and we have created a team oriented firm to make sure they have all the resources they need to do just that.

We affectionately refer to our firm as a “group of friends working together” to make a positive difference in the lives of other. Please take some time to get to know our people. I know you will be happy you did. I know I am biased but our associates quite simply are “the best”.
