Mentor and MentoringOur CEO personally mentors and trains our associates. His specialty and track record of working with affluent clients is extensive. He has done a substantial amount of business with clients who are worth in excess of $100 million. He is also a Registered Financial Advisor with the National Football Leagues Players Association. We also strongly encourage our associates to serve as mentors as way to leverage their practices.
Retention & SuccessWe take our recruiting and selection very seriously. Our four year retention of new associates is 3 times the industry average. In fact, our retention is 90% for associates once they have been with our firm for 5 years. The top 1/3 of our associates earn over $250,000 per year.
SupportWe provide our associates with local, experienced specialists to help them grow their practice. Currently we have specialists in Underwriting, Life Insurance, Estate Planning, Financial Planning, Disability Income Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, Investments, and Pensions. We also have a specialist who focuses on helping you build professional alliances with CPAs.
